About Newfield Hall
Built in the 19th century Newfield Hall stands proudly at the end of a tree-lined drive in two acres of mature grounds and has spectacular views across the fells. Designated as non-smoking it has 45 en-suite bedrooms equipped with a hairdryer clock radio and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. Televisions and telephones are not provided in the bedrooms. Guests can enjoy the indoor heated swimming pool play table tennis or pool in the games room or relax in the two lounges and bar. Outdoors children can play football tennis badminton and putting. Meals are served in an informal friendly atmosphere at tables for up to eight guests. A three-course dinner is served at 7 to 7.30pm for a charge of 18 GBP per person. If you would like to dine at the country house please contact the house before 6pm to make your dinner reservation. A choice of full English or continental breakfast is offered. To allow you to make the most of your touring or walking holiday a self-select picnic lunch can be provided for the small charge of 10 GBP per person. Free car parking is available. Please notify the country house in advance if you intend to arrive after 10.30pm. Bedrooms are available from 2.30pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departureThe country house is an excellent base for those on an activity or walking holiday with access to the Pennine Way which leads north to Malham Cove just a few minutes’ walk from the country house. Harrogate is 30 miles away and York with its Jorvik Viking Centre and railway museum is 50 miles away. This country house has a 4-star Visit Britain rating.

Leave A65 at Gargrave by Eshton Road signposted Malham and Grassington.Follow signs to Malham.Pass Eshton Hall on the right and Newfield Hall is approx 2.5 miles further on the right before the hamlet of Airton.
